STEP 3

Booking a Project Consultation is the third step before engaging an expert for your project. It includes a 2 hour long meeting on-site, in our office or at a Cafe of your choice. We have designed this step so we can help you compile a full Design Brief from the Project Planning Pack. Our meeting will cover the following:

  • Review your proposed project and see if we are a good fit.

  • Help finalize the Design Brief for your project.

  • Provide an overview of the process, from the initial concepts through construction.

  • Provide an overview of costs to undertake the project, including contractor and consultant fees.

  • Provide an overview of the time required to successfully turn your dream into a reality.

  • Discuss the necessity and cost of a Project Report specific to your project.

  • The Design Brief will allow us to provide an accurate fee proposal for our work. You can also utilize it to obtain proposals from other architects with the peace of mind that they are pricing the same scope of work.
